Organizer accounts

This site stores your email, organization name, a hashed password, and the events you create. Accounts are intended for adult organizers. Do not submit children’s personal information.

Public event details

Published and cancelled event pages show the event information you enter, including your public contact email and venue coordinates. Drafts are visible only to their organizer and the site administrator.

Location and maps

“Near me” requests your browser’s permission. Your location is used in your browser to calculate distances, not stored in our database. Map images come from the configured map provider (OpenStreetMap by default), which receives ordinary web requests including your IP address and the map tiles you view. Directions open Google Maps.

Cookies and security

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. There are no advertising or analytics trackers in this installation. Hashed IP-based request counters help limit login and registration abuse. Expired counters are periodically removed. Hosting access logs are controlled by the site operator.

Access and deletion

Organizers can export their events from the dashboard. Contact the site administrator for account or data deletion requests and password assistance. The operator manages hosting backups and their retention.
